Take the stress out of your next online video
It’s easy to say, “hey, let’s make a video!”
But sometimes it’s not so easy to know just where to start when you want to make that video.
You’re going to have to decide on a lot of things, such as:
- who is the audience?
- what’s the purpose of the video?
- what do you want to talk about in the video?
Since a short video can’t cover everything, you’ll have to figure out what will go into it, and what needs to be left out.
And odds are, you aren’t the only one with a say in the video, so you’re going to have to figure out how to include all the stakeholders in the process so you can avoid any hurt feelings. Or worse, someone who will stop the project completely.
This may sound daunting, but before you throw your hands up in frustration and say “this is impossible,” read my video guide, “How to kick off a video in 5 simple steps.”
It will show you a deceptively simple brainstorming technique that will:
- determine the scope of your video
- focus your message
- nail down the content
- keep all the stakeholders happy because they’ve participated in the process
All in less than an hour.
I’ve used this technique on dozens of videos, with a wide variety of clients and it’s worked every single time.
Once you’ve read my brief guide, “How to kick off a video in 5 simple steps,” you’ll know my technique too and will be able to utilize it yourself.
